One of the worst connections I've ever experienced. the internet connection is extremely poor if the weather isn't great outside. Even overcast effects the quality of the internet and Northern tel only provides service to my area once a week which is unfortunate for someone who works from home such as myself.

Tried to connect new wifi service and was told I would save the service fee if I connected it myself. Was never advised that it would take 2 weeks to receive the equipment and then another 2 weeks for head office to connect. I’ve been 12 days now with no connection, and trying to work from home. Poor poor communication. If they had told me how long it would be at the beginning I would have immediately brought my business elsewhere. Not impressed.

Absolute villains. It's as though they're encouraged to make it difficult to cancel your plan. A horrible way to operate a business. Terrible, expensive, rude service. Not worth a second of your time.

Very dissatisfied. Paying $160 a month for my Internet to not work half the time. Thankfully my tv and phone came back on, still no internet since noon (9h00pm now).

Dealt with Northern Tel for a long time, finally going to change internet providers , very very poor service with the internet, not a happy customer

The 1 star is not reflective of the people who provide support and services but to the leaders of the company who have not kept up with the times of technology. Today you cannot operate a business with only 8 mbs of download. With Xplorenet and Starlink now offering new and faster technology, NTL has fallen behind. We did not want to move but they left us with no other alternative.

Bad customer service , clueless.Could not answer one question .Negative 5 star . I'm just gona get satelite internet . Not worth talking to them .the IT guy was nice and tried to help. But customer service forget about it .

Very bad quality every chance they get they are trying to increase our internet bill in less then 2 years since my one year rate promo went from after promo price of 75 now up to 100$ after arguing that 150 $ was too much for a service that won't work half the time advertised speed of 12 mb get maybe 4 if we are lucky the lady in charge of billing is horrible and has told me good luck finding another provider in matheson and if i don't like it to not use the internet...

Had a difficult time trying to disconnect took my whole lunch break on hold. But they made sure to keep billing. Unfortunately I was an essential worker and had to keep driving. Would not recommend. The wires keep getting wet and Service to lines isn't good at all loud ringing on line. I guess I'll pay bill but will not recommend this service
