No under 16 in the hot tub, no under 6 in the sauna. If you’re cold and with a child under 6 go home…. Really not impressed, I hope this is a March break only policy. It cut out swim time in half. Just confirmed it’s an always policy. Avoid this pool with children under 6.

I use the weight lifting gym on the 3rd floor! Love it. It has everything you need to train hard. Clean, very well kept equipment and never crowded!!

Great facility! There is an amazing variety of activities. The pools and the locker rooms have always been clean when we've been and well adapted for young families.

It's everything you'd expect from a sports center. It has a large variety of activities (though you have to check the schedule) and clean and large locker rooms. The pool isn't too cold usually and isn't too crowded.

Joined for the mom and baby classes (spinning, CrossFit and aquasize) and what a positive first experience with the most amazing staff.Sometimes limited parking so lugging a car seat a distance before and after class was frustrating (I know, suck it up am there to work out) but still five stars all the same.Any new or experienced mom looking to get out of the house definitely well worth a try.
