I've taken my vehicles to Joe since I've started driving. I have Delt with many mechanics in Barrie and Joe is by far the best. He does great work at great prices, always makes you and the family feel welcome, and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any vehicle. Joe always keeps you in the loop and there is never any hidden costs or surprises when its payment time. If you havent had a chance to get your vehicle pampered by Joe I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed!

Joe is such a genuine, honest business person. I am always confident when we take our cars for service that Joe will be thorough and work hard to figure out and fix any problems. Joe is also so friendly and approachable. He is decent and his prices are more than fair, and most recently he didnt charge me for the time it took him to find the solution of the noise my car was making. I highly recommend that people use Scott's Family Auto Centre for car repairs, oil changes, tire changes, and the like.

After hearing about Scott's Automotive from my neighbors, I decided to give them a try. I had them put on my summer tires and also had an oil change.I was very impressed by how quickly I had my car done and the price was in my budget. They also made it really safe and easy to drop off and pick up my car during the Covid 19 crisis. My car is running better than ever and I will definitely go back to their business again, especially being so close to my home. Thank you Joe and your team, I would definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know.

Brought my Subaru in for exhaust repairs and Joe fixed it no time, for a super reasonable price. He gave me an estimate to get my suspension fixed which was a much fairer price than the previous places I've been. He's honest and was up front about potential costs. I will definitely be doing future business at Scott's Family Auto.

Had Joe install rear axle bearings in my 2008 Tundra.He broke one of the speed sensors , said he would install a new one at cost. Then things went silent. Joe wouldn’t return my calls.I had to get someone else to do the work. The rear end ended up being full of “shrapnel “ and I’m in process of replacing the rear end.You don’t deserve to be in business Joe.

I have been dealing with Family Auto for some time now and have multiple vehicles that Joe has worked on. On every occasion I am impressed with the quality of work as well as how quick, friendly and affordable Joe is. I enjoy doing my own auto repairs however sometimes I just don't have the time so I really appreciate being able to bring my vehicles to someone that is honest and trustworthy. We are new to the area and Joe came highly recommended to me by a few people and they were right. Another shop had told me I needed to replace a ton of stuff. That wasn't the case at all. Joe did an inspection and almost half of what we were told needed replacing, in fact did not. We definitely just found our new go-to mechanic. Thank you for honesty and accommodation on such short notice!
