It was weird that my garage door would not close shut. This is a safety concern for me, so I asked if they could dispatch one of their technicians before evening. The technician arrived on time and was equipped with everything needed for repair. We didn't know the problem at that point. But after a few minutes of careful assessment, he was able to detect the underlying problem. He immediately started the repairs. He was very respectful of our space and kept the workspace as tidy as possible. He was able to fix the issue, and now my garage door is functioning properly again.

When I called Homeland Garage Door Repair for the first time, I wanted them to fix the garage door cable off the drum. I didn't know whether they would respond fast or even send anyone (I have come across technicians who promised to fix the door and never show up). It was to my surprise that the technician didn't just show up but he was fully prepared to fix the cable. Not only did he put the cable back in the drum but also checked the other cable and the condition of both drums, made sure the torsion spring was alright and adjusted, and also checked the balance of the door. Never expected such thoroughness!
