Giant White Rock

Great experience!This past Saturday March 12th, my husband and I came to your store and were greeted by a cheerful Matt. We were considering an electric bike purchase and had done our research 'homework' before visiting Giant.  Matt listened to our questions, wants and needs and subsequently confirmed why we had short listed Giant. Matt did not pressure us at all and was truly helpful in pointing out features, benefits and the intangible values of the Giant product and Giant White Rock. We left the store with positive feeling about the product, the salesperson and the store itself.On Tuesday March 15th, we returned to the store with a few more questions that Matt & Steve cheerfully and professionally answered. Again, were not pressured. We made our minds up on the spot and purchased (2) Roam E models and accessories that same day.We scheduled the following Saturday March 22 to pick the bikes up. Everything was installed and the bikes were clean and ready as promised. We were orientated on operation, after sales service and warranty. We rode away on our new electric bikes pleased with the product and the people. You will for surely be highly recommended to all our friends and family.

Somewhat disappointed with my last visit there on Aug 08 2021. They have an absurd policy of not responding to phone calls when there are customers in the store , so if you need something like brake pads, you have to drive and take a chance that they have it in the store. I discretely complained about their policy and got nothing but attitude from the slim built associate and not only that , he just walked away . Meanwhile the other sales associate the husky guy was busy looking for the brake pads which he fortunately found. Having worked in retail many years ago I was told not to “ argue “ with the customer , refer them to a manager or owner. Usually I have good experiences at Giant White Rock but not on this Sunday.

Excellent customer service! Chris helped us pick and order the right bikes for our needs and kept us updated on their status. We picked out additional hardware and when the bikes arrived, everything was mounted. Then Chris went above and beyond and helped with delivering our new bikes! Giant is a great brand with a great warranty. This will be the only place we every go for any of our biking needs!

Had to get a bike this year and lose the COVID pounds but next to impossible finding something you can test out. Luckily, found the brand and type I liked, and Chris (owner) helped me out it all together. Staff at the store was very helpful and could answer my questions. Excellent value and good to know I have two years of maintenance and support with the purchase of the new bike.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job setting me up with a new bike and accessories. They were friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. I have since gone back to have my bike tuned and the bike is a dream to ride. The employee even helped me get my bike across the parking lot, take it apart and load it into my trunk as I had my newborn and toddler with me at the time. Above and beyond service from the Giant White Rock team!

Had a very bad experience. Every single person I dealt with was very polite and trying to help but it seems the process is not set up properly. Bought a bicycle from here and when brought it back for service was told I had to wait a week for an appointment. My own brother bought the exact same bike from a different giant store and just walked in for his service. To be clear I do not have any problems with the service timeline, they are what they are. My problem is with the communication...the fact that one needs a-week advanced appointment could have been mentioned in the email I received reminding me to bring back my bike. Time is money and I expected more from a dealership of a well-known brand.

I have been a regular customer at this store since it opened. As a family we have purchased several bikes & plenty of gear. I regularly direct friends and family to the shop and have never been disappointed.

I was looking for a new hybrid bike to replace my vintage Rocky Mountain Hammer which has served me very well over the years. After much research I decided on the Giant Roam. I attended the Giant White Rock store on several occasions and spoke with Matt, Steve and Chris who answered all my questions. I finally ordered an XL frame in the Giant Roam last Thursday through Matt and wasn't expecting to receive it until sometime this week as it had to be delivered/shipped in from the Giant warehouse and assembled. To my surprise I received a call last Friday morning from Chris to say that he was in the shop early in the AM and assembled the bike and it was ready for me to pick up at my convenience. I went to the store in the afternoon and after adding a few accessories took my new bike home. Great experience all around. The 2 year free maintenance and 15% off accessories/parts etc makes a great deal on a bike even better!! Riding the new bike has been a lot of fun!!Thanks guys

We purchased two Giant bikes three years ago in North Vancouver location at cost about $1500 each. Now we moved to South Surrey. The guys refused to provide us a service even at full cost because we purchased it in different location. Same story in Giant Langley. So basically you buy a bike with no service. Never buy Giant again and do not recommend it to anyone who looks for a good service. I don’t accept it.
