Terrible service at the On-Line Pick Up Stall ! I have talked to someone at the store one hour before going there to pick up my orders. The staff did Not serve the customers on Sequence. There were 5 cars after us got served first. I had to call and complain after 30 minutes wait. Told them that we had to leave in the next 5 minutes, They just gave me 2 orders. One order was missing. Meaning I had to go back to pick it up if I still wanted the item. The staff are incompetent today. Cannot get their act together. I get better service somewhere else.

Person who was in a camo shirt claimed I was stealing even though I had the receipt for it and everything. Asked the security gaurd to check my receipt and everything that I had in my cart and everything.Can't believe that I was followed across the store and out the doors by someone who was probably not even a worker there.Been shopping there for 10+yrs and this is how I'm treated.

I bought a $129 dollar LEGO set on sale for $65 and put it to the side for my four boys. When we opened it weeks after we found that most of the set was missing and that someone had refilled the box with, tissue paper, cardboard, and random broken action figures.When I went to return it , I didn't have a receipt (it's LEGO! what could be wrong with LEGO?). The only thing that WalMart would offer is an exchange which works out well in their favor since the item hasn't been on their shelf for weeks. No store credit. No other LEGO set. Basically the only thing they gave me has another opportunity to disappoint my children.

Usually go shopping in this Walmart although it's not so great, but has everything I need.

The staff in the pick up department are very unprofessional. It's like coming to a playground for young people.I picked it up according to the appointed time and waited for a long long time，and not much of what I ordered was unavailable at the end.The explanation given to me is that there are too many online customers. Is this my business？

This store is becoming dirtiest in the city. Ordered online photo. The lady and the guy at thr photo centre told me that the item is missing and they cant find it! They said lots of boxes to process just call the call centre and get refund. They sound really busy chit chatting. Get ready The call center will take you 2hrs on wait line.

There's not too much variety. I found that in Canadian Super Store are better prices.

BUYER BEWARE! They have changed their return policy. They are now not accepting most things you will try to return. This year they are make Christmas profits because of COVID-19. Also changing the return policy to unfairly not cover returns with tiny signs. And nothing on receipt. Also no cashier says anything at check. Buyer beware.

The customer service is the worst. I have been treated non-professionally after trying to exchange a sealed product. The customer agent manager was complaining and criticising me for not making the right choice at the beginning. Superstore beside walmart is a good alternative for me.

Filthy and so unkept! I'm not at all a fan of Walmart... Let's face it prices are NOT that low. But I go on occasion because of how close it is IF I'm in a bind. This morning I went at 10 am for guinea pig food.. And this trip reminded me why I don't like it there. Attached is a picture of how the pet department alone is kept. I took the picture to show management but of course couldn't find anyone to help.. I ended up finding a supervisor acting as greeter. She was very good and contacted management as I left. Clearly the people in charge of cleaning these areas are not doing their jobs at all.. But I also blame the supervisor of the area as well as management. Obviously no one does checks anymore. Another issue is how the prices are not available easily. You have to take the product to a price finder. And let's remember too.. If the employees are treated good their production would be as well. Coming from retail background this is shameful.
