Dr. Cropper is great, even calling us on vacation to follow up with our dog when he had an ongoing injury. Best vet I've ever had, takes time to listen, explain, help and follow up.

I went to this clinic last year because a small wild bird hit window at my balcony and doesn’t move at the ground. Just it eyes are moving. I bring to the closest vet first but they refused to even check the bird. Then I run to this place, the stuff took this small buddy very gently. Told me that they will take care it until go back to wild life. Doesn’t ask for money also. Really thank you ! I’m sure I’ll comeback here when I get my pet. Reliable vet !

I have been going to Dr. Cropper with my pets since I was a little girl. I think by now I have been a client for almost 15 years. He and his incredible staff are the kindest, most accommodating people I have ever met. A RARE GEM ON BELLEVUE,Dr.Cropper and his staff are very caring, knowledgable and experienced at their practice. Our Shitzu had to have surgery for a bladder stone and Dr. Cropper performed the surgery , for half the price of some other vet services. It was such an advantage to have Dr Cropper's office so close to where we live for follow-up visits post surgery. Our guinea pig Lucy was in need of medical care when a piece of hay scratched her eye and caused some swelling and an infection.We found Dr. Cropper through a friend who's known him for many years. She takes her own pets to see him, and assured us that he has plenty of experience (30+ years), including extensive knowledge of small animals. She also said he's very practical and honest, and never does nor pushes to do more than what's needed. Dr. Cropper was exactly as my friend described, and we're so thankful to have met him.When I initially called the office, it was Dr. Cropper's day off, but his staff got a hold of him and called me back with instructions to pick up Polysporin eyedrops, and give Lucy three drops per day. I was so grateful to Dr. Cropper for so kindly offering phone advice without having seen Lucy (none of the other vets I called would do this).At our visit, Dr. Cropper was kind, gentle, and patient as he thoroughly examined Lucy. My kids and I felt immediately at ease and found him to be very friendly and easy to talk to. We went back today for a one-week follow-up, and Lucy was given the all-clear! Generously, Dr. Cropper said this second appointment was no charge.During both of our visits, we saw dogs, cats, and even an elderly hamster named Miso come and go with their owners. Everyone seemed relaxed, grateful and happy. Clearly, Dr. Cropper and his staff are very much trusted and provide top-notch care. We're his newest fans, and would not hesitate to recommend him to care for any of your pets.

Dr Cropper is the best! We've been going to Hollyburn Veterinary Hospital for close to four years now (since we got our Jack Russell Terrier) and Dr. Cropper and staff are so good with the pets (and with the owners!), calm, but thorough. The staff are also well-trained and accommodating.

I recently had the utmost positive experience with Dr Cropper and his team with my particularly ill cocker spaniel. He had stopped eating and was vomiting and lethargic one night, the next morning, I called two other local West Van vets, to which they all said that they were all too busy to see my dog and was turned away. When I called Hollyburn, they also said they were fully booked, but inquired as to what the issues were. After explaining our situation, they slotted my dog in and said to come immediately. We went quickly to the vet to which they brought my dog in and did xrays and kept him for fluids and observation. There was a blockage in my dog's stomach and required surgery. Dr Cropper performed the surgery despite it being Saturday night and then tended to my dog and kept a watchful eye on him on Sunday, despite being normally closed on Sundays. We got our dog back as well as an enormous plant seed that he had injested that was blocking his digestive system. My dog probably would have died if Dr Cropped had not intervened and we cannot thank him enough. This is the first vet that my Spaniel likes to visit, and we cannot thank Dr Cropper and his team enough. We won't ever go to another Vet in Vancouver ever again.

Dr. NEIL Cropper of Hollyburn Veterinary Clinic is my favourite Vet of all time❣ I'll give you a few reasons for this. His clinic is the cleanest clinic around. I know this for a fact because I used to work there. He brings a team of students in after school & they clean the clinic with a fine tooth comb. He warms the surgery table & puts the small animals in incubators after surgery. He doesn't gouge his clients with unnecessary bloodwork & tests. He'll work with your budget. Dr Cropper is SO kind and knowledgeable. My dog had an emergency with his eye on the weekend, and even though we were not patients, due to the situation he and his staff were able to fit us in. He is extremely knowledgable, and genuinely appears to care for the animals he treats. I would highly recommend this clinic and am ever grateful we were able to be seen and my fur baby treated.
