For the Ultra Wash I paid $16, 94. Coming out of the bay, my car was still having dirty spots. After the first foaming soap they add directly, (and sparsely at that), the multicolour detergent and then you get your car rinsed, instead of rinsing after each layer of soap, as the other touchless car washes are doing. By the way, the others touchless car washes have significant lower prices as well. At $16,94, the cashier calls this business, I call it a scam. If you need to throw your money and keep your car dirty, go with them.

Had a car wash that was over 180 days old and went in to talk to the attendant to see if she could extend the date because I understand that it is not legal to have an expiry date on the car wash because I feel that it is the same as purchasing a gift card which cannot expire. I an very disappointed. In the answer I received.

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to, Half of the equipment did not work, what a lousy car wash, I was ripped off by $13.55 avoid this place at all costs

Usually reasonably priced like other gas stations around the city. Air miles bonus points make it a good place to visit for the extra points. The windshield washing stations are always full of solution to clean your windows. Bright lighting along with a couple vacuum stations.

Waited in line for the car wash with about 3 cars behind me as well. I get it it’s busy with the nice weather. My luck the car wash breaks down halfway through my wash. Looked up and called the employee to come out. My cars now half dressed in soap and waiting outside the wash for someone to getting going again. This process took 30min. + common curtesy would of been an apology or hey a few car washes.

I don't know why people are complaining about the car wash here. It gets your car clean and that's it's job. If your car has been sitting dirty for weeks or even months dirt is gonna take more than 1 wash to get off unless you get a touch car wash ... 16.95 for a car wash is a little high but there is car wash cards that lower the price and a significant amount of rewards for buying them. So either go somewhere else or wash your car more ...

Bad business ethics! I purchased and received a car wash for my new 2 door Cadillac, to find out the arm that crosses in front of the vehicle had ripped off my fog light cover and destroyed it. When cashier put me through to the owner, the owner Elie" agreed the damage were done within the car wash but refuse to pay for the replacement part. He even was offered to only come up with half of the cost of a measly $70 and refused. Actually had the nerve to offer 5 free car washes! I had to contact the police and received a case number and will contact he's insurance over something so minor but I believe in principles."
