Js cleaning came to clean my Mom's place and she is very particular. My Mom was impressed with how hard they worked and they were so pleasant. They did a wonderful job. Communication and set up time were excellent. Will use again!

After booking in advance for 3 weeks to vacuum a clean area 250 -300 feet she kept getting the time and days wrong several times and her changing the time to what suited her, like she overbooked after 2 weeks. She couldn't get the time or day right so I sent the chat back to her to confirm the time and conversation and cancelled the service. She still talking like she was doing it the job if I would just move the time to her convenience, not mine. This was her response after that.And then I told you I had to move the time. We always use the clients vacuum and would never offer a discount on that. We definitely pay attention to detail and to come and vacuum someone's basement isnt worth our time. I'm very impressed on how quickly and efficiently she cleaned my home. She did a great job with no over bearing chemicals. I highly recommend. And will continue to use her going forward.

Steer clear. Completely unprofessional and unbusinesslike.I had JS Cleaning come out to my home in October. There was some damage done to cabinet doors which will now require refinishing. Jessica was initially apologetic and amiable. But when it came down to paying for the work she drug the process out (“I am waiting for insurance to pay me”, “I just need to wait until the beginning of the month”). I was patient and courteous. But I after leaving many messages and voicemails with her it seems she has blocked my number and I have not had contact since November. Needless to say it has not been a positive experience.

We booked Js Cleaning for our move-out clean once our house sold. They did an incredible job. My oven looks like it did when we first bought it. Thanks Js!!
