Victoria Park Place I by Drewlo Holdings

When the time came to downsize, we chose Victoria Park Place I as our next home, and we absolutely love it here. From the first contact, our wonderful property managers, Dalis and JP, extended such courtesy and welcoming professionalism, we knew we'd found the perfect place to live—the view of the park and apartment amenities were a bonus. Since moving in August 2018, we've enjoyed the care and consideration offered by Dalis and JP. We look forward to many happy years here.

205 Victoria St.S. has been a nightmare for 31/2 years.The new supers however are pretty good Dee and Rob have their hands full with the mess left behind.Stuff is getting done and not ignored.Unkept and unsafe walkway and parking lot.

We have been here for 4 plus years , feels like home ,well maintained building with many friendly tenants, Dalis our superintendent is always available for any concerns, great place to call home , Victoria Park is our back yard ,couldn't ask for more !!

Moved here after retiring in May of 2018.We love this building and enjoy the many benefits the building has to offer....indoor pool, gym, community room, 5 appliances including washer and dryer,controlled heating and A/C, large balcony.Great environment, friendly trusting neighbours, and a superintendent who is approachable 24 hours a day.We hope to make Victoria Park Place 1 our home for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Regarding new 7 ft. fence on 205/215 Victoria St. S., Kitchener.We have been here for 8 years and have loved facing the park, having access to the park for walks etc. with our grandchildren, and participating in the many activities taking place at the park. Also, the grounds are so beautiful at all times when enjoying the balcony and being able to say hello to other tenants. Now that we have been told that there will no longer be a gate out to the park, we are very very disappointed because that was a big plus for us renting here. We are shocked that we were not informed of this prior to the notice. Since the notice implied that there would be no gate because of the encampment in the park, can you assure us that the gate will be installed once the encampment is out of the park?

Made an appointment to view an apartment, left early from work & drove an hour to get there only to be told that they accepted an application on the unit and should have" called me.. Would give this zero stars if I could."
