I’m so impressed with the customer service I received. My winter jacket came out beautifully clean, however there was a spot remaining. The owner pointed it out to tell me that the spot wouldn’t come out because it was most likely tree sap. I’m so impressed with her knowledge and that she took the time to explain! We started talking and she told me she had invested in a more environmentally friendly process which I was delighted to hear because I had hesitated to bring my jacket in in the first place because dry cleaning is known to be hard on the environment. I would much prefer a process that would clean in an environmentally friendly way than have a community dry cleaner using dangerous chemicals.Thank you so much for offering this service and with a knowledgeable and friendly way AND in a way safe for the environment. Small businesses are the ones investing in our communities and we should return those investments by supporting them.

they have now implemented Pay before Service. Now if they ruin something, there is no way you can get your money back, but, they would never admit to a thing. Nope, they do not give service, they are rude and why does it take 1 week to dry clean anything? I think the extra 20 min drive might be worth it to go to Windsor.

Lovely staff and very courteous. They pressed my uniforms and even got my yellow tinged collar back to looking issue new! Quick turn around and great service. Highly recommended.

I have always had good service here. I think the pre-pay is a smart idea. The business is assured their money and the customer is more apt to remember to pick it up before months go by.

Had some of the worst customer service here that I have ever had as an adult. The woman at the counter was very rude and abrupt with me. Turned down a coat because it had a little cat hair on it, would not let me set the coat down on the counter near the other coats. She wanted me to clean my coat before they would clean it for $40 and take 4 to 6 weeks. If she had been at all polite with me, I would have understood completely.If anyone is looking for dry cleaning, I would recommend driving the extra 20 minutes to Windsor, NS called Klean all. Great prices and customer service to match.

I was a bit reluctant to take my service uniforms here because of the reviews but decided to gauge the place for myself and found the customer service to be quite good. Items we're ready for pickup on schedule and were promtly retrieved. Very organized and efficient. Will be returning.

Dropped off some work clothes to be washed. Great service and both ladies were awesome. Keep up the great work.

Just started going for full service laundry and the service and lady's are friendly and do a great job.
