I have not had the pleasure of using DDI for myself, but I do have the privilege of having worked with, trained under and become great friends with Chantelle Warren (one of the genius women who created this).I was a year into my dental assisting career, trained simultaneously in the front and back of the clinic. Chantelle took my knowledge of the front end and expanded it to the point that I became good enough to take her place when she left.She used to talk about the lack of training for dental administration. Those of us in the industry know that it is not a “walk off the street and apply” type of job. It requires incredibly specific knowledge and know how. And actual dental knowledge is an EXTREME asset.This brilliant woman took her thoughts and created something that I think was absolutely needed in this industry. I took the fast track Dental Administration course with Dental Dynamics and it was awesome! I left feeling confident and ready to start a new career. Chantelle’s support through out the course and after has been amazing. I feel she really listens to me and genuinely wants to see her students succeed. There is a lot of knowledge in both the instructors that makes all the difference when struggling. I was able to get a job immediately after my practicum. I am excited to be starting this new career.
