On April 6, 2017 and April 7, 2017 a strong storm system entered Montreal leaving behind 25 to 40mm of water. Thankfully we had the team at 5 Star Plumbing response to our call at late hours and within 30 minutes they were at my home.The technician freed up of back water value which was jammed and quickly installed a new pump saving our home from major water damages. Not only was I impressed by the service but my insurance was also amazed to see how quickly 5 Star plumbing responded to our emergency.I can imagine those 36 hours must have been very demanding on the team at 5 Star Plumbing.We would like to reach our to the team at 5 Star Plumbing and thank them for a job well done!

One of the worst experience I ever had. I called about 6 months ago to change a sump pump that was defective. 2 days ago, I got water damage in my basement out of the sump pump hole. I called back and they charged me 180$ to remove a rock. The problem was that they didn't put back the bricks when they installed the new sump pump and it was directly on the ground. One day later, I got water damage again because they didn't put back the pipe in place properly. They came back to fix it and now the pump is having issues again. After 900$ of service, water damage lost, the pump is still not working properly and they offered me a 90$ refund and said thats all they could do. My pump is still having issues. Avoid at all cost!!!

These guys are amazing! They came fast. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, and fixed a serious problem in no time. This is my second time using them and I was not disappointed. My only problem is that they don't live with me. If you need plumbing, you can't go wrong hiring these guys!

Excellent service! The pipe to the septic tank for my sinks and showers was blocked. When I called a bit after 7am and explained my situation, the gentleman told me that a plumber will be there around 10:30am. He showed up on time. Once I explained everything in the basement and he was able to verify the issue, he told me to call the company who cleans our septic tank because they will be able to unblock it from the tank. He has seen this before and didn't want to try anything just in case something gets damaged. He gave me a few more important tips regarding plumbing and then left without charging a fee. Extremely honest and fair company! I will definitely use them again.

I was able to get plumbing service the same day when I needed it. The repair was done with great care and attention to detail. I also received lots of very useful and relevant advice. I have now dealt with them on 2 separate occasions and would not hesitate to contact them again. Highly recommended!
