called to ask for some information as I have never been and coming from out of town. the rudest person answered the phone. 0 help. I understand your pool is not up and running, asked if there was an eta? no? okay understandable, I get that. but to be cut off when asked if there was slides to tell me i cant tell you that" before even listening to my question... rude."

I was almost defrauded for 489.89$ when I was supposed to be refunded for the majority of a years membership.When I canceled the bulk of a years membership I was supposed to have the balance refunded. The YMCA claimed that refund was sent to a credit card that had since been canceled.The bank said that MULTIPLE charge attempts were made for the $489.89 amount on that card instead of a refund - this was flagged as suspicious or fraudulent activity by the credit card company .I had to go back and forth with the credit card company and members at the YMCA offices for WEEKS and weeks and had to have case files created on the credit card side and re explain everything over and over again. I had a branch manager vouch for the absent refund on the card and the YMCA staff member in charge of the financial issue finally took a step to inquire with their IT department.This resulted in their immediate discovery that the funds were never initially paid out. Had they taken me at my word at first the matter could have been resolved at no additional cost to either party if they lifted a finger to contact IT. Instead they causes me stress and hardship for weeks over this.I think you should avoid this gym if you pay with credit card.

Our family has loved the Y for many years. Great for young families and the people running the children programs are wonderful. We are canceling our membership because of the price, I'm disappointed that they will now be charging extra for swimming lessons. While it was nice they were included in membership before the quality of the lessons is hit or miss.

I have been coming to this YMCA for almost 3 years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience! Very clean and tidy, very friendly staff (especially at the front desk!), and a great layout! The fitness studio is quiet and spacious, and the main fitness area has lugs of equipment (both machines and free weights). The membership price point is also pretty good for everything it includes! Definitely recommend!

The facilities of this branch are good even the staffs who are accommodating and friendly. Coach Ivan Sarmiento is one of the reliable coaches of this institution because he teach/train his client patiently by sharing all the knowledge he knows in fitness and basketball.

One great place for the whole family. Lots of activities for everyone. Amazing staff. Special thanks to Ivan for making workouts more enjoyable

YMCA is good for everybody a family gym too.Clean and staff are friendly and very helpful specially to sir JORGE who help me for my membership and to coach IVAN SARMIENTO who help me to use the facilities the egym, cardio, functional training other machines and answer all my questions.They are amazing people.

Very clean, very kind, excellent gym ever.Never disappointed if you join YMCA.Also Thankful Ivan for teaching

Very good facility. Some of the younger staff need to work on professionalism. I'm bad with names but one of the male workers was very condescending to me when I asked for help figuring out if a machine was malfunctioning or If I was doing something wrong.

One of our favorite place to go. To go to gym, to play in the indoor park, to play basketball, to do yoga, to do fitness related and especially to swim.
