I needed additional snowboard and ski storage for a trip to Mt.Washington the following day. I found an add for a Thule snowboard rack, and so I contacted this awesome business. The owner/manger (sorry I misplaced his card) and his two employees, went over and above to help me get perfectly set for the awesome trip we had. The three took to time to understand my needs, work with the modular rack I already had, explain every part and function we needed, and even go as far to offer help install the new rack, at that very moment. This service was amazing, and the norm in 2023. The shop has everything one can want in terms of rooftop storage/activities, so I highly recommend this business for the many reasons above. They win my business for life. Thanks for the great experience- see you in 2 weeks for my cargo top!

This is one of the best businesses I have dealt with in Canada! (No exaggeration). These guys are experts, shop seems to have every possible fitment one might need for a car (other shops including manufacturer's own shop had no inventory), prices are comparable and they don't charge installation fee. I wanted to get a roof top tent for my not-so-big car and visited the shop twice, called them multiple times and they were honest to let me know what fits securely and safely vs what doesn't. At no time they tried selling me anything and were genuinely interested in finding a setup that works. I highly recommend RackStop and I would be going back to them for any of my car accessory needs.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews but I just had the best experience at rack stop. My 5 year old Thule bike rack needed repairs and I first went to the Thule store where they said they couldn't help but directed me to rack stop. So I went and told them my issue and within seconds found the solution and literally didn't charge me for it. To me, that's above and beyond and though I didn't buy my rack from there in going to be referring everyone there and anything I'll need in the future, I'm definitely buying there. Can't put price on exemplary service/experience. Highly recommended !

I bought a tent here. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast and detailed contact over an email. I was able to schedule installation immediately this way. There were some complications during the installation, but they were able to admit their mistake and compensate for that. I just wish they would call me earlier so whole thing could be resolved faster. Overall very positive experience. Also this the only place I talked to which didn't charge extra for an installation (honestly at this point it was a complete surprise). I could do it myself, but I have no way to bring the purchase home (other than renting a truck - tents box is way too big). I met Greg, the owner, and I would like to thank him for his help!

The Rack Stop crew is amazing! Just yesterday, Vien went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. She even stayed 15 minutes after closing to ensure I got what I needed, and she was so friendly with each interaction. Every time I come here, I get a great experience as a customer. Phenomenal and friendly service. My ball hitch was rusted on and the owner took care of getting it off by bringing it down the street. All of the installation was done for me, and a thorough explanation was given. Very appreciative for my unstressful experience. Thank you!
