Great staff. Their knowledge is fantastic. The product speaks for itself. Merino will is a soft natural fiber and doesn't itch like grandma's knitted sweater. Because of the natural fiber, it will wick moisture away from the skin and keep you warm in the winter. And unlike synthetic base layers, it can be worn in the warmer weather, without overheating. It regulates your temperature.In the Canadian climate, it's the best way to keep comfortable in the outdoors during the cold months.And they have a great warranty and stand behind their products.You cant go wrong, and the staff will help you with first-time buying confidence.

Icebreaker is an expensive brand, and I come to this store expecting to find last season's items at a greatly reduced cost. This store used to be great for that purpose, but recently the discounts haven't been as deep. For context, I bought a t-shirt here a couple of years ago for $20, and now the least expensive shirt I could find was about $50. Still, if you're willing to pay then this is still a great store. Better on the women's selection than on the men's, but good nonetheless.

Outlet stores, are supposed to be cheaper than other store prices. Most of the items are the same, or higher than other stores. Save the gas, go to the Bay, or MEC instead.

Great store. Fantastic discounts. Their merino wool clothes are amazing. I've taken them hiking and backpacking and they've always performed better than anything else.

It was one of my best shopping experience. I had really good customer services from Ishwar and Isha. They were knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient.I took a bit too much time trying on different base layers and ended up stayed beyond their closing hour. At the end Isha and Ishwar helped me dialed in my layers to keep me dry and warm for a really good price!

Great place if you want high quality outdoor-wear. Everything is made from Merino wool here so if you're looking for really insulating warm clothing this is the place. This is not for cheap clothing it is a very niche place with pricing that reflects that.You cant go wrong with anything you get here, even the socks are world class.

This store is a 100/10. Hundred out of ten. The customer service there is absolutely amazing. We make a long trip just to go to this store. I love everything about this store! The associates and quality of the clothes. The clothes are on the expensive side but they last long. I'd rather pay a bit more for something that is high quality, practical and durable. When at ice breaker, get the underwear...it's a life changer!!

Received an email about a 2-day sale at the Outlet Store. Drove there mid-day, only to find the place closed and lights out. I have purchased many Icebreaker products and expected to buy more today, but I guess it's time to look at other Merino product suppliers. Very disappointed.
