In fact, we really didn't think about it until we received our regular inspection reports, that reinforced our peace of mind. We appreciated that HomeWatch has supporting professionals (plumbing, furnace etc) that could be engaged if an issue arose. My family and I just moved to Red Deer from Vancouver but we needed our new purchase taken care of for a couple months while we got everything ready to move/drive here. Our agent suggested yourhomewatch.ca and after some back and forth we decided this was the answer for us.They brought us peace of mind and when they noticed a suspicious vehicle in front of the property they notified us immediately! They kept an eye on our home 3 days a week checking the property inside and out. After our family finally arrived at our NEW home, everything was perfect.
