Service BC Centre Victoria

The employees are nice but the process is a bureaucratic monstrosity. Even with an appointment expect to wait despite the signs inside saying otherwise. The employees and those who access these services must have an abundance of patience.

It was my first time dealing there and I can't give enough praise to the young lady who was at the counter. She helped me do what I found impossible to do. Thank you

Last week Service BC Centre Victoria was suggested to me for help that I required with registering a business. This particular registration was not an easy matter as it was not the usual registration. I was very impressed how the agents were able to trouble shoot my problem by doing the research on the spot. It took a couple of hours, but when I left the building, my registration was complete! Many Thanks!

Went to Vernon street office to verify my ID and email for BCeID and BC Services card activation.It took less than 15 min and this includes the time I stood in line.Cosidering Angela was dealing with a computer that was being difficult her efficiency and personableness were amazing.she was amazing with her fast and very personable service.

I have relocated to Victoria BC from Ontario a few month ago, while in the process of changing driver's license and health card, I realized that my first name and middle name which used in Ontario for forty plus years were reversed on my citizenship card and was worried for going about to correct it.In the morning of Thursday Jan. 4, 2018, I went to this Service BC center and received a great and kind service. The reception desk staff (I noticed his name tag Richard") was very helpful. He clearly explained the steps I should take to change my legal name and thoughtfully instructed me how to get to Commissionaire BC taking electronic fingerprints first. After that was done

After waiting on line for 1.5 hours to organize an anniversary mortgage payment, and the agent being ready to send me forms via email, I was told I'll need to go into the branch to set up the payment. The last time I was in the branch it took 40 minutes just to change my address and I was told to phone in to do what I needed done.

Went there today. Amazing service from Brett and the receptionist. Both were efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and above all ...human!!!!! We've always had good experiences with BC government and this was no exception! Good job folks!
