The Acting Center

My daughter was very shy and introverted. Since joining acting and then musical theatre 5 years ago at The Acting Center my daughter has become much more social and outgoing. Zoe and Jake focus on bringing out the best in each and every child in a fun and loving way! My daughter has made best friends there and loves the positive atmosphere each week.

My kids attended The Acting Center for several years. Zoe and Jake provided a fun and safe environment where they were challenged to grow as actors and as humans. My son has moved on to become a professional actor and has told me many times how well Zoe and Jake's training prepared him, and how much he learned from them. My daughter, while not planning to pursue professional acting, has learned so many invaluable skills. She is comfortable with public speaking, and is confident in front of groups. She has become more comfortable with processing strong emotions and letting herself be vulnerable while in safe environments. She has also learned how to work well collaboratively, through the process of developing storylines and filming that Zoe and Jake led them through. The screenings at the end of the year have been one of our favorite yearly traditions. It's a fantastic experience for them to get to see the results of their work throughout the year on the big screen, as well as a chance for them to appreciate the work of their classmates and the other students at The Acting Center.Thank you Zoe and Jake for being such a special part of their lives for so many years!

As a former student of The Acting Center I can't find words that properly describe my love for these classes! Zoe Heath and Jake Simons changed my life forever and I will always be grateful to them!

Fabulous creative experience. Self confidence building and lots of fun. Will return!
