Regan, in particular made me feel very comfortable and was understanding and responsive. My dealings with everyone from Smythe were positive but Regan was getting all the information together so we communicated quite a bit.Declaring bankruptcy or doing a proposal is a very personal thing and opening up to anyone is difficult. The staff at Smythe never made me feel guilt or any of the negative feelings we go through in this process.
