Went in for my son’s passport pictures. Was not shown a preview prior to printing. Did not like the pictures, hair was sticking out and didn’t notice it. Asked for a retake and was denied, said it was fine. That’s not the point, it’s not fine!!!!! Terrible customer service.

Excellent service last Wednesday from Chris Brogden and Gavin Morrison at your Broadway location. We drove in from Brandon and needed help with our respective cameras. Gavin showed Kathryn how to adjust the ISO and the display screen on her Nikon Coolpix P520. Chris was able to confirm that my Nikon Coolpix W300 was okay, but I had two dead batteries - he sold me a battery charger that works for both our Nikon units.

Came in to the Main Street location for the first time excited to buy a new camera, left feeling unsettled and disappointed. The workers were not helpful, bad attitude, manager was rude to the worker in front of us when she asked for help and then to us. Left because I genuinely felt uncomfortable and did not want to give my money to an establishment that made me feel such a way. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

Their selection of products has always been the best, but it's been the depth and breadth of knowledge of their staff that's always brought me back. They know the why'" and the "how-to" and can explain at your level. Never pushy

Best experience for newborn passport photo. Had bad experience elsewhere, where Don's has the tech and tools to take a photo with baby on back, edit the background to meet requirements, and good to go! Highly recommended.

Super quick and efficient, they did my passport pics very quickly and I was out on my way. They also we'll redo your passport pictures if they are not accepted for free.

I'm transgender and I wanted a passport photo. Staff was very nice and respectful when I walked in the door. The photographer was so kind in helping to adjust my hair for the photo. She even made several takes to make sure that my photo was decent (as decent as it gets when you're told not to smile). Please go to Don's for passport photos (avoid cheap places like Walmart).
