UPDATEI use to think this was a good clinic until.i really needed to see a doctor and i couldnt because he was on vacation. They told me to come to the walk in clinic so I came and then they told me that because my baby had a fever and a cough they won't see him. I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE HE WAS VERY SICK. Thats why we needed to see a doctor. The poor baby has an eye infection and I suspect bronchitis I was so frustrated I started to cry while trying to talk and this.blonde woman snapped at us and said we weren't special and I wasn't the only mother concerned for her sick baby. What a cruel comment to make to someone who is clearly struggling and upset.If she reads this I hope you have nothing but bad days from here on out. You cruel rude woman. Try a bit of empathy. If you cant deal with people in a polite way then maybe find a new job.----------------My family doctor is Dr Philips. He is a man that gets straight to the point. I found he always listens and cares about all 3 of my sons. I haven't ever had any issues with the receptionist desk. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

Health Clinic by Shoppers has provided a cleaner and a more advanced looking office space and all, but the process of seeing a doctor, when one is in need, has become nearly impossible.When a person is ill, needing to go to to the clinic in person to book an appointment, return home, and go back again for the appointment to see the doctor is super inconvenient, when you have 102 degrees fever.I understand that the Family doctor can only see limited patients in a day, but I really wish that patients can call to book an appointment and only go to the clinic for the appointment, so that way at least it will be an ease and convenience for patients who are truly ill and need care.If the limit has been reached, the front desk personnel can advise so, but please stop this double visits to the clinic. It has been so difficult, that leaves me with no choice but to go to the ER and wait 2 + hours :(Canadian healthcare system is universal, but this new method of walk in clinic" design as noted above is incredibly inconvenient and highly disappointing. I hope to see an improvement in this clinic design/system.Side note: Kudos to the doctor(s) and current front desk ladies at this location

I had to select a star to write this review otherwise they deserve a minus because of the rude errogant and incompetent receptionists working there!The only reason i still go there is because of Dr.Aslam who is really nice and always listen to concerns.But i wish to send a request to the doctor to please forward our concerns regarding the receptionists working there. I wish BC had some rules and regulations covering the behavioural aspects of staff working at Doctor's office. If they have such attitude they MUST choose a different office to work. Not a doctor's clinic where patients are already having bad days!P.sI really am shocked on how many people have said the same thing and still there is absolutely no change in their attitude and even the authorities are sleeping and not bothered about it !

I took my daughter in here because she was in a field trip and she had an accident with her nose. Maybe, fracture her nose. My daughter was in a lot pain. The Dr requested an X-ray and told us as soon as she got the results that will be contacted my daughter. The meantime, the Dr advised her to take tylenol for the pain while her results come back but we never heard nothing from the Dr or staff then I called the clinic asked the receptionist if the Dr had the results. The receptionist told me yes. I pleased her to asked the Dr to called me or I suggested her to transferred a note to the Doctor's desk because I knew the Doctor was attending another patients. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional hang up the phone on me. My daughter was in a lot pain. I had to take her to another clinic in Surrey to get the results. Suddenly after eight days evergreen clinic staff called me. It was too late. The staff desk in this place are very rude, not compassion for the patients. They don't care!

Doctors there dont seem to care and are not helpful whatsoever. Dr walter should have retired 50 years ago by the way he acts

They don't deserve even one star. Lady at front desk told me book 2 weeks in advance. So if someone is sick. Keep waiting for two weeks in pain and then see them. Never ever available. Never....worst clinic in lower mainland.

I do not even give this one star. The receptionist are incredibly rude and arrogant. I called to book a phone appointment ( which would take less then 5 min ) to get a prescription refill for my blood pressure medication as I am currently pregnant and was told by my doctor to not miss any of my pills . She refused to let me talk to him till after the 20th and was very very rude . I really miss dr Walter old receptionist they were the best !!! These ladies need to learn some manners or find a new job worst MOA ever!!!!

I wish I could give them negative stars but got no option for that, this is only for the receptionists specifically for the way they treat vulnerable patients and people trying to get urgent medical help and attention from their family doctor. They need to be taught simple things curtsey and politeness on how to talk to old patients and people maybe a bit of good parenting would have done them wonders back in the day.

Not very great on customer service, but it used to be good enough. Until recently when i have to see a doctor for follow up in my icbc case and they refused to see me because they said the doctor who has seen me previously has retired and their other doctors are not taking over and thats that. Receptionist and even their office manager are not sympathetic at all. They just look at me coldly and told me to go to another clinic. I explained to them that my records are in their clinic, how can i go to another clinic for follow up? They then get upset that i was upset and just told me to go and have a good day. What the hell?? This is the worse clinic ever!!!

If you want to die soon then come to this clinic and become Dr. Sumbal Aslam’s patient . She is the most unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest doctor. I am reporting this doctor to Fraser health and I hope to save some lives . The situation at this clinic is just pathetic.
