The best LBS in Canada. I purchased a CAADX several months ago and was unable to drive from Ontario to pick it up due to the pandemic. Steve kept the bike safe in his shop and then arranged to drop it off in Ontario. Simply above and beyond quality of customer service. Great bike, better price, and even better experience. Steve is super knowledgeable and the shop has tons of accessories in store as well. Bikes are an expensive investment and Steve understands the importance of ensuring that you are getting a bike that is the right fit for you (geometrically). I am extremely please with the service I received at Bikes & Beans, and would recommend that anyone that is looking for a bike visit Bikes & Beans. I did not feel pressured to buy a bike, but rather was educated on the bike (s) I was interested in.Also, dogs are welcomed which is awesome!! Thanks Steve!

Generous is giving them one star. Absolutely rude and unhelpful customer service. Do not come here if you are new to biking and looking for advice or help as they will sit in the backroom and trash talk you thinking you can't hear instead of helping you out. I recommend Haywards in SJ they are amazing compared to this business.
