Party Connection

What a great experience with Party Connection! We rented a tent, tables, chairs and a bar for this past weekend in celebration of my graduation party. Not only was it set up in a timely fashion, but we had also recieved so many compliments on it. Great, friendly staff that was able to meet and exceed our expectations. Thanks to Joe and everyone at Party Connection!

Chair rental was very reasonably priced. The store itself looked chock full of stuff for party planning, only complaint is the usual that I wish staff would deal with people in front of them before those on the phones, especially because I had an Uber car waiting and they want to make their money too. Otherwise a good go to place for its purpose.

We rented chairs for May 22nd for my daughter’s ceremony. We cancelled before the chairs were delivered due to rain and weren’t even given a partial refund. To me that is unacceptable. Keep the original deposit fine but keeping the full amount is bad business in my opinion. I even emailed and asked for a partial refund and no response to my email. We were only going to pay the final balance once delivery was made but they called the day before to threaten not to deliver until full payment was made. Of course we paid but had no idea until the day of if they would be delivered. Then they of course claimed to be on route to deliver when I called to cancel. Terrible!!!

Wow. Thank you! Ordered a few items in hopes that they would be delivered in time for New Years Eve. Party Connection noticed that I chose a shipping option that wouldn't have gotten them to us in time. They automatically upgraded the shipping at their cost and sent it right away to ensure it would arrive on time. The service I received from them went over and above. Thank you Party Connection Canada.

Party Connection had everything we needed and had it all ready to go for us.They organized TONS of items for us very last minute, including getting us the wine glasses we forgot about DAY OF, and the perfect chairs for the ceremony.I won't hesitate to rent from them again.

Shout out to the folks at Party Connection! Our wedding was August 24th and these guys were a pleasure to work with! The tent was beautiful, from the lighting, to the dancefloor, tables and linen. It was truly the perfect day <3
