Highly recommend LeTeam office space, their offices are clean top to bottom, i got mine furnished with beautiful wood dresks and anywhere else in calgary your going to pay triple for the space. The staff and management get back to you fast. As well they have transit close by which was great for my staff. No issues at all.

The damage deposit is a joke no matter how good a tenant no matter if you return the keys, no matter how clean you leave your suite. You are charged from re keying, steam cleaning and furniture. And no receipt or proof they even did it. They just keep all deposits.

I have been using LeTeam for my small business for some time now. The centre is awesome for anyone who needs a quiet workspace at a really reasonable price. The meeting spaces are excellent for any client meetings both large and small. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to be greeted by name when you come into the centre to work.

If you have any issues just let the Manager know and it gets handled promptly. I also sometime book day office in Red Deer office centre and fully satisfied with the service. Quiet location, professional environment, business networking opportunities with other business in the building and yes free parking for me any my clients is what I miss about having office in LeTeam. If you are looking for a day office I would highly recommend Leteam. The professional service outweighs the price you pay. The receptionist handled my client and served them with coffee while waiting which i found more professional. And unlike downtown area you don't need to worry about parking. Leteam will be my first choice for day office.
