After having a bad experience with a local appliance service that never showed up Terry definitely is professional. He keeps you in the loop and he does what he says he’s going to do. I would Have him back again.

One of the heating elements died on my clothes dryer. Terry was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the repair. He even offered to reverse the dryer door! I'm glad I chose Simcoe Appliance Service.

Service tech was unable to install gas range. Became upset with me because apparently I didn’t have the materials needed to hook up the stove. That, is however why I wanted to hire someone to do it. When I asked if he carried materials in his truck he again blamed me for telling him I had the materials. He became very combative so I told him to leave. It was ridiculous. Do not recommend.
