The shop is always very transparent with what they do.They have always provided me great service. With great pricing. They are always extremely fast. And their customer service is top-notch.This is one of the very few places that would work on my Mercedes.More recently I had a lot of suspension work done on my Hyundai here. And I am so happy with the work they did and how great my car drives now. :) It's like how it was when I first bought it.

I just had some service done at this place again , changing my rear brakes. I do not have time normally to write reviews, but I felt compelled to do it. I was talking to John, who took the time to explain everything to me. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and have me do extra work, but he never tried that. I asked him to see if my front brakes need changing as well, but he told me that it is too early and no need to spend the extra money. I was also concerned about the bearings of my lexus. He test drove the car and assured me that they are OK. The reason I started going here is because they are very honest and do not cheat like the places I have been to before. Not to mention that I love their prices as well. I find their staff very friendly and I always leave satisfied!Vince

If I could give more than 5 star I would! I have been taking my car for repair to John for over 7 years and he has never let me down. John is very helpful and knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond his duties to make sure your car is safe to drive. His staff, the ladies at the front, are always very friendly, polite and accommodating, and I can always trust them to do the best. I highly recommend Pin Oak Automotive to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy service!

Amazing service and wonderful staff! John has always gone out of his way to ensure his customers needs are met and/or satisfied. Every great auto shop starts with someone who truly cares about their clients and their vehicles. Anytime I have come here, John and Pin Oak do everything they can to make sure their customers are happy. They are incredibly patient and very helpful.

Great quality service.The oil change includes the tire rotation. That was a plus for me. They were very thorough and called me before fixing any issues found during the inspection. Absolutely recommended.

I cannot thank the staff of Pin Oak Automotive enough. I took my car in for some maintenance and to address a noise in the back of my car . After they did a inspection of my car they called me with a detailed estimate of repairs needed. They explained to me what they felt was needed for my safety and that some other things were just maintenance recommendations. After giving them the go ahead I received my car back by the time promised. I can not believe how quiet it is and how good it drives . Thank you John and Dave for the great service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE MECHANIC HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT HIS PAYING CLIENTS. GO TO DEEP AUTO MEDIC. HES THE BEST AND JUST DOWN THE ROAD FROM HIM. DEEP HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPARED TO THIS JOKE.

I thought this place changed, since it has moved closer to me I thought I would give it another try but when I walked in right away I didn’t feel comfortable, the women at the front desk has to learn about customer service she couldn’t even say hello or even ask how are things, asked for a quote on tires and oil change and to check my vehicle to make sure it will good for the winter. After getting my quote I can see why they are not busy, John still has bad attitude and it felt that I was a brother to him to get a quote and when they asked me when they can book me in I said I would like to get other quotes it was like I said something wrong.I did go to another two places to get a quote and sure enough half the stuff John had on quoted didn’t need to be changed and I saved quite a bit on the tires also and they were better tires to boot.I used to deal with Pin Oak Automotive about three years ago and they tried doing the same thing I really thought they have changed but they have not and you should always get a second opinion after getting a quote from them.

The receptionists are amazing and their customer service is top notch. I was a little nervous because of my experience with a different company not putting the oil plug in correctly and it falling out while I was driving but these lovely ladies made me less anxious and comfortable. Great pricing, great service. 5 stars!
