Absolutely Horrible!!Not sure whether to write this review or contact Manitoba College of Pharmacists.I have been waiting weeks for the medication I was to receive. When I call to speak to a manager or owner I am put off and given assurances the medication will arrive but never does. Staff have said 5 times they will call back, including “right away” but never do. When I follow up after several days to 1 1/2 weeks later I am told staff did not say they would call back after looking into it, rather they would call once medication is ready. For individuals needing to be on medication this would be thoroughly unacceptable. How does this pharmacy handle prescriptions for insulin, cardiac medications, etc??Other issue is I am dealing with a new medical issue and found the medication completely ineffective. When trying to address and discuss with a pharmacist I am again put off and never get the consult nor does a manager or owner ever follow up. Vending machines are more responsive.Being a regulated health profession this is utterly unacceptable!! The prices also seem exorbitant but would have been fine with this if follow up service and care was provided which it wasn’t. I am prepared to pay for my medication out of province plus shipping to avoid this very unprofessional business.

Edit - 10/15/18 - Upgraded to 5 stars, for the compounding pharmacy staff who have gone out of their way to help me .Edit - 2/21/17 - Had a much better experience this time around, quick, accurate service and delivery. Upgrade to 3 stars, 5 stars to the compounding pharmacist Scott for his excellent service, averaged with the 1 star I previously gave. Will update if this stays consistent.Extremely slow and not very professional, but incredibly quick when it comes to taking payment. I have been relying on this pharmacy for a year now for a compounded prescription, and the service has been identical each refill. I get a phone call telling me my prescription is ready and asking when I'm going to pay for it. I use up my lunch hour getting down to the pharmacy only to find out my prescription isn't ready, but when am I going to pay for it? Pay for it in advance. Get 2 phone calls asking for my credit card number to pay for my prescription, but no one can tell me if it's ready. Order it to be delivered whenever it is finally ready, get 2 more phone calls demanding payment for the prescription I've already paid for, still no one can tell me when I might actually receive the medication. I gotta give it to them, though, they are extremely consistent in their poor service. .

Very poor service. It’s impossible to reach people by phone. Twice now prescriptions weren’t filled on time. I’ve also been given wrong instructions regarding medications. I do not recommend!

I had a legitimate prescription from a doctor that this pharmacy refused to honor. I’ll never deal with this unethical business ever would never recommend them to anyone. It’s not up to a pharmacist to question the doctor/ patient relationship. I’d give zero stars if I could

Supposedly prescription was to be ready last night. Than informed it would be an hour, than informed they were sending it by cab. Now it's over an hour no cab no meds.Would not subject anyone to this kind of service.

I had to get a compound for my son. Every time I call they never pick up the phone so I eventually get transferred to the pharmacist who then has to transfer me to the compound department. The lady I spoke to both times was rude. She must be incredibly stressed or hates her job. On average I always have to 4-5 for med that they say should only take 1-3 days. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of pharmacies that do compounds but the way they treat their customer I’d rather drive anywhere else. Hopefully they get more staff to be able to handle their work load.

Something strange going on in this pharmacies books. I asked for a receipt of my prescriptions, and they gave me one for far less than my prescriptions actually were. my bank transactions proved their records to be wrong and their solution to the problem is just to ghost you. Constant problems with getting prescriptions filled. They send faxes to the wrong doctor, will never deal with this pharmacy again as long as I live. Would rather drive across the city.

Long wait times. Phone / InperosnDifficult to find visitor parking spot.(2 spot available but always full )Called aheadof time for pick up and still waited.I wouldn't recommend.

Phoned ahead of time this morning to make sure I could pick up the prep I needed for my hospital visit. The first man was rude and shoved me off to a woman. She was also rude. I finally got out of them the price and sent my husband to get my items. He paid for parking and spent the gas, only to be told they do not have what I need. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Horrible pharmacy with unhelpful staff. My prescription was faxed so I was forced to use them. I’ve been waiting a WEEK to get my prescription ordered! They say they will call you but never do, when you call them nobody answers! Do you have a phone!? Fix your pharmacy.
