Reliable Towing Princeton
F150, towing our trailer over the Hope Princeton. Suddenly our rad hose blew off spilling all our coolant! We’re sending out a HUGE thank you to Marc from Reliable Towing who came out to where we were stuck on the highway 20 kms west of Princeton, went back to town to get coolant and brought it back. He then travelled up the hill ahead of us to make sure everything was okay before he left us. Excellent service - great guy too! Thanks Marc!

Reliable Towing Princeton
Great service, use these guys. This is the second time I have used Reliable and again they came through. Because of ice and snow I slid and got stuck in a ditch on a forest service road outside of Princeton, phoned Reliable and Guy was there within 25 minutes. He showed up, did some really great problem solving and got the truck out of the ditch in 10 minutes .Thanks a ton all.

I can’t forget what this company did to us. Our car was stuck there for 5 weeks because they decided to delay the process and didn’t release our car to charge insurance company. There is a lady and her name is Ramona. She was really rude to me when I tried to follow up with them . Their attitude toward customer is poor. Also they damaged my car to put shifter into N .

Great service from Gui! Legend of a person. Went out of his way to support myself, my partner, and our 5 month old. What an awesome tow. Best one I've ever had. Princeton to Vancouver -- no missteps or issues. Nothing but professionalism from start to finish so we are thankful for it.

Trevor Hiltz came to save us today from a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and gave us the tow to Osoyoos. He was so professional, respectful and helpful beyond anything we expected. I'm writing this review for my spouse, Nick who was working in Princeton today and wanted to help a man stranded on the highway for 5 days. He came across a tow truck driver in town named Gui that was more than happy to help get the guy into town where he had amenities. It's people like this that make the world a better place. Thank you for helping my spouse help others in need with no hesitation, you are a great man Gui and Reliable towing is lucky to have you :)

Reliable Towing Princeton
Absolutely horrible experience with the weekend dispatcher. Towed to wrong location in town. Took 5 hours to track down our vehicle. Finally found it by going to the tow yard. Tow driver was very helpful thankfullyDealt with two other dispatchers during the week who were wonderful while the initial dispatcher continued to lie and give us the run around. Spoke with management who assured us she would look into the incident. Left several messages in the weeks following and no return call. Will be using a company from another town in the future.

Gui and I spent three or more hours dealing with my car at a time when all the local Princeton shops were closing down. He was amazing doing his job and was helpful in all his suggestions and work. He is very proud of his work and represents your company very well. If I ever have a problem passing through, I hope that I see Gui!
