Unfortunately a bad experience - person was to arrive between 10:30 and 11 am, arrived at 10 am. Checking back with the office they confirmed that my time expectations was correct. My need was for 2 toilets. With the firstone the flushing lever no longer sprang back by itself but had to be moved manually. He wanted to look inside the anti-syphon, tried to take it out and broke off a corner of its lid. The effect being that the toilet now no longer shuts off water supply automatically but has to be shut off manually. He then said we needed a licensed plumber, did not even try the 2nd toilet, just said the good news is he won't charge us. Well, for me the bad news is that my problem is now worse with a part being broken. When calling Handyman Connection all I got from them was that they do not automatically send out a plumber and this handyman told them he was comfortable doing the job. They said they are sorry for my experience. End of story! Will never use them again.
