I love coming to Inspire Health and Wellness. The service before and after my treatments is always very efficient and very friendly. The office itself is very inviting and relaxing, which is a great environment to walk in to.My therapist (massage) Tim is wonderful! He always makes sure that I am comfortable, and I always feel great for weeks after a treatment. He also gives me things that I can do at home, by myself, to make sure that I continue to feel great.This is a great place, and everyone should give it a try!

I would recommend Talisa at Inspire Health and Wellness as a great massage therapist. She was friendly and professional. The massage pressure was perfect throughout. Her treatment resolved the pain in my shoulder and she gave me a stretch to do to help loosen the tight muscle. The service was very affordable, especially with my benefits. It was a positive experience and I'd be happy to go back in the future.

I cannot say enough about the team at Inspire Health and Wellness. Tim gives an amazing deep massage that produces excellent results. Dr. Shannon is incredible. Using a combination of techniques, her treatments are very effective and she ensures you understand what she is doing, why and how you can also help yourself. From Samra in reception to all the practitioners, this is an amazing clinic. I would have given more stars if I could.

I have been going to Inspire Health and Wellness for a year and a half. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for chiropractic care or massage therapy. What impressed me the most on my first visit was the level of education I received on how the body works, the causes of pain and how various types of treatment would alleviate the pain I was experiencing. I have seen results and am grateful for the commitment Shannon and her team has towards improving my health. The Inspire Health and Wellness team does more than treat their patients, they empower you with the tools and knowledge required to maintain and enhance results at home.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I saw one of their chiropractors, Dr. Stacey Cairns. She didn't rush our appointment and was very thorough in her initial examination. Her adjustments were great too! I'll be going back for sure.

I received excellent service from Dr.Stacey, Chiropractor, her adjustments in few sittings worked great. My 1 year old daughter also had a great massage with Jillyssa. Friendly and professional staff, flexible with appointments, and Online booking makes things easy.Highly recommended!

Inspire Health and Wellness
Inspire is a wonderful clinic truly dedicated to helping people heal. I have been going for over 2 years now, most of that time weekly due to spinal issues. Shannon at the head has been very accommodating and a great chiro to have. She knows her stuff and knows how to loosen you up so that things can get moving again without being overly forceful which has been my experience at other local places.Thank you Shannon and the Inspire team for the care and support you provide!
