Rooms were very meh and cleaning wasn't the greatest. We decided to help and get the showers to drain on our own. I would try somewhere else first

Disgusting room, toenails and ketchup chips all over carpet!!! We slept in clothes as clearly room wasn't cleaned and bed was remade. No one around to check us in, after a while a lady at the front desk informed me she didn't work there and I would have to go into the bar and find somone! After the bar closed people were wandering around knocking on doors. We didn't bother to complain as no one around to solve any problems anyway, just a friendly overworked bartender!

I had a wonderful time. I had come from out of town to visit family. We all met up at the kingfisher. It was a great atmosphere, the service was great and the bartender we had was great. Jeff was a funny bartender and helped our night be extra fun. Thanks for the accommodations.

Excellent value. You save a fair bit with little compromise compared to a new hotel - in my opinion it is well worth it.While the hotel is a bit out of date (furniture mainly) it has undergone extensive renovations and updates (flooring, windows, bathroom fixtures, bedding) which is very nice to see, many hotels at (or above) this price range need a lot more work (I wont mention names but they're in Melfort..). The room we stayed in (walkout) was very quiet due to the cinderblock interior wall dividing units. The room was clean and the A/C blew cold, however I had trouble connecting to the wifi.The attached resturant is also super convenient (also recently entirely renovated) and very good value. The food was better than average and pricing was excellent - something seldomly said about resturants.All the staff I encountered were very polite and professional. It is clear this hotel is well managed; I will certainly revisit again.

The rooms are wonderful and the hotel as a whole is very good!! The only negative thing I have to say is that the wifi is not very good, and in fact, it kind sucks.

Appears the owners are a little sketchy. More interested in counting coin than service. TV remote did not work and was sent to the desk by the owner to get batteries. Nobody at the desk. This for 88 dollars a night.There are better places in Nipawin for less.

What a disappointment! My first hotel choice was unavailable so I booked here. Room needed to be updated. No phone to call the front desk. No hairdryer. No kleenex. Poor/no lighting in the parking lot. Restaurant wasn't open for breakfast Sunday morning so went to A&W; not many places open at 7 a.m. I'm sure anywhere else in town is better than this place.

Clean fresh room and comfortable bed. When we showed up there was a young boys hockey team staying on our wing being very noisy and playing hockey in the hall. I made a phone call to the front desk and it was silent within 5 mins. Very impressed with the staff. Lots of parking for large trailers, would stay here again.

Helpful staff and rooms were very clean. The restaurant has wonderful food would recommend to anyone. They have lots of parking for big vehicles
