Excellent service. Highly recommended. We requested it for the pre-purchase inspection of our new home. It's important to mention that he was able to accommodate his schedule on a short period of time, that was very nice. During the inspection, there were many observed findings that he took the time to explained me one by one. The report was released in a short period of time (48h) and we had also the chance to chat with him to clarify some concerns about the findings. Zidane understood our position as buyers. Again, very recommended.

Buying and selling a property is no easy task. As complex as this process is, the success of a properly guided transaction depends on a team of professionals with expertises and sharp communication skills. As a broker in high demand, and as diverse my portfolio is, having those professionals to work alongside with is imperative. In Zidane I have found a certified, capable, well-hearted, educated, trained, capable, technologically up-to-date, engaging, friendly, communicative, punctual, polite and knowledgeable inspector who is truthful and professional. Need I say more? My choice is clear!

Zidane was a great inspector, very friendly and professional at all times. It was super easy scheduling an inspection with him and when the day came he was thorough but efficient with the inspection and was very good at explaining everything he was checking and answering any questions/concerns that I had. All around it was great working with him! Plus he accommodated me speaking English very well.

Zidane is a great guy and knows his job. He really explains you everything in detail during house inspection and once you get the report, you can always discuss with him over phone. His report is very neat and easily understandable. He gives time to his client and is just a call away. I am happy with his services and will definitely recommend him for house inspection.
