Restaurant L'Entr-Amis
I was refused service for no good reason - “the wait was too long” despite (1) the restaurant not being full - there were only 20 patrons there - and (2) me saying I didn’t mind waiting. To make matters worse, 5 min after I left, my wife called to place the order with no problem. I’m now waiting in the car to pick up our dinner. I wonder what is it about me that made me not welcomed there...

Had dinner thanksgiving Sunday the place was packed in majority large groups we were 6 plus a toddler and half French half English to complicate things, our server was Gabrielle she was amazing!!Great place to get any kind of pasta! Love the decor, great service and very filling portions! No room left for dessert!

We had the 7-course meal for $50. Excellent value. We will definitely go again. On the minus side, a bit noisy. Overall, we loved it.

Fabulous Food… Great service… We had the Tasting Menu (menu de dégustation)… which I would highly recommend… the chef takes pride in the dishes he prepares and it shows in the plating and the flavours.

Very bad customer service. You are obligated to eat and consume a 5 services meal otherwise you are kicked out. You can’t just eat what you want, You can’t just eat an entrée and dessert or even allow to share your dish with your partner if you’re not that hungry. We were a party of 14 celebrating a birthday party and 3 of our friends were kicked out because they didn’t want to eat a 5 service meal so we decided all 14 to leave this restaurant with the worst experience so far. The owner had zero empathy towers his clients and was a bit aggressive tower our comments and concerns.This restaurant should change his policies and be more open to listen to his customers and make them happy. I don’t recommended this place.

Went there with 2 of my friends and we all ordered different dishes. We shared a bite of each of our dishes because they all looked delicious and they indeed were! I just regret not taking any photos of the food because I was too occupied with eating it but I will definitely take a couple when I go back. The service was really very nice too! 5 stars all around!
