D Nails & Spa

VERY Disappointed with the service! Staff couldn’t rush more to get us finished and out the door. One hour pedicure lasted maybe 40 minutes.My fiancé got stuck with a gentleman that destroyed her toes and now she has to fix them tonight. Money well spent Ha Ha. Do NOT go here and be sucked in by the flashy spa appearance. Maybe if you go their over and over one gets the proper treatment but I guess our $140 was not good enough for them.

I have been going to d-nails for a year, but after the last two times, I will never be back.I always call and make an appointment. Still They are so busy and rushing to get you out the door they do a very sloppy job and refuse to do what you want (a flower design on one nail for my daughter and two nails for me). A total waste of money as I now have to book an appointment elsewhere to get this sloppy manicure fixed.

First time there and had a wonderful experience. I've never had nail extensions before and they turned out better than expected. Pedicure was comfortable and well done. Both technicians paid very close attention to detail. Will certainly be back.

I went here once to pamper myself. It was my day off, so I’m treating myself to relax but when I get there. They are doing it so fast, so it feels like not relaxing anymore (In a way that they rushing things and kinda hurting my nails because it was fast) I felt like they want to get more customer that’s why they are doing it so rush. I do not like that part. When you go to this kind of place, you are here to relax. Hope this review helps.

I go here often and the girls always do a wonderful job on my nails, I always get exactly what I want and the environment is very relaxing

I was visiting Kelowna today and thought I would stop in at what used to be my favorite salon when I lived in town. Everything seemed to be done correctly however, here I am not even 6 hours after my appointment and a nail had already begun to peel off! Considering this is not necessarily a cheap experience anymore I am extremely disappointed. As well, I can't even have it fixed as I don't live in town. I will now have to pay a different salon to fix something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I am hoping that owners will see this and possibly put a credit on my account as this is completely unacceptable and goes to show a decrease in the quality of service or product.Update: within 24hrs a second nail has chipped. Extremely poor quality. I am extremely sad as this used to be a salon that provided quality services and product. It is obvious whoever did my nails did not let the product cure enough. Seeing as I am from out of town I should be getting a refund to my account. Do not use these services.

It made me feel so comfortable and excellent job. Had a pedicure and a manicure. Both were so awesome. I will bring my friends coming together next time!

The person I had was VERY inexperienced. With globs of product on my nails and all over my skin. They were extremely thick and I had to ask him to fix things so many times. Just basic nail shape was terrible. Danny was very nice and stuck through it and I did leave with nails I’m happy with. However a fill should never take 1.5 hours for very short nails with only a top coat. They then charged me $60 ?! Like what… Won’t be coming back.

There’s a reason why I refer to her as Master Sandy - she makes every set better than the photo I’ve showed her for inspo. I refuse to see anyone else (although they are all amazing), but we have so much fun together every appointment. LOVE YOU SANDY!

Best place in all of Kelowna to get nails done! They are unreal & do amazing designs. Love them been going for two years always amazing service
