Very friendly and efficient, got results right away.Had to remove the strong air freshener from the testing booth due to fragrance allergies. Would definitely suggest that if you have fragrance issues you ask for it to be removed before your appointment.

Doctor and student were professional and helpful. Receptionist was very rude however, and not very knowledgeable on (reasonable) questions I had- also overheard her on the phone while I was waiting, and she was very rude to what sounded like a gentleman who could not speak English well. My experience would have been much greater if she was a little more personable.

Dr Gill worked on my son in 2017 and was the one who found the cancer and swollen lymph nodes in his neck. A Great doctor and and amazing man, will never forget his kindness and caring demeanor. Son is in remission thanks to Dr Gill.....forever grateful.

Unprofessional and unethical clinic! My family doctor referred me to this clinic so that I could be evaluated for a Cochlear Implant and my appointment was originally for May 2020, it is now Dec 2020 and I have yet to see the ENT! They were informed ahead of time that due to the severity of my hearing loss (hence the reason for a CI!) that I could not use a phone and to contact me via email. That never happened. I had someone give them a call on my behalf to determine what was going on and the receptionist was extremely rude, claiming privacy" issues and that they could not book appointments via email. The CPSO states very clearly that all patients

I called today to book a new appointment and was told one was booked and missed a month ago. I hadn't booked any appointment. They apparently called me to confirm but didn't have any record of when that call was made or who they spoke with. The receptionist was rude and refused to answer my questions on how this happened. She got defensive and the focus was on collecting the missed appointment fee for which I hadn't made an appointment. The doctors mother places the confirmation calls and so I was told that I was in the wrong for questioning this mixup. I can see by quite a few other reviews that this receptionist can really do better to be a value add for the office.

His receptionist needs to work on her manners. How can she argue with me when he told me himself he would do my surgery. N then sends me else where without telling my. She needs school after her behavior today n he will hear about it.

OMG the crying babies and children running around are driving me nuts. My appointment is for 11:15am and I'm looking at another hour of waiting. This place looks understaffed and overbooked like crazy. So far the receptionists are nice but definately seem overworked. They're a bit snippy! Unfortunately if you have a nose issue, then getting in here to see the specialist is about a 5-6 month wait. I was called 2 days before my origional appointment to be told sorry but the specialist was called into surgery and we wanna know if it's ok to reschedule you for a month ahead"... Do I have a choice? NOPE. So I guess in conclusion

I don’t meet Dr. Gill yet, but his receptionist is rude. My daughter has some breathing problems, I missed the appointment because of few minutes but receptionist said she has already sent the letters that we missed the appointment. She sounds like She don’t want to help anyone. I wish I could give her 0 star.

I was referred to Dr. Nayan by my family doctor concerning an issue my son was having. She is PHENOMENAL, which is the only reason there are even two stars here. I highly recommend her- but the reception staff member for her office is AWFUL. After the referral went through, I waited and then contacted the office to see when I should expect an appointment. After our first appointment, we had multiple issues with booking. I wasn't informed of an appointment, and would have missed it, had I not called. I wasn't informed about a CT scan booked at the children's hospital, and would have missed that had I not called. The office member called to inform me that a surgery had been booked- but once again, never contacted me to let me know that the pre surgery exam had been moved. Would have missed that, had I not asked about it. At this point, I wasn't willing to risk the surgery being moved without my knowledge, so I called the hospital to verify. Unsurprisingly, it was booked for an alternate time. I did reach out to the doctor's office, to get on the same page. The office member put me on hold, and called the hospital to ''speak strongly to them about giving patients the incorrect information.'' This was all before taking a moment to listen to me explain that I had called the hospital because the office member has a history of scheduling issues. I then called the hospital to apologize, and was informed that the office member, who was adamant about a specific surgery time, STILL gave me the wrong surgery time. After the surgery, the surgeon mentioned a follow up appointment in 1-3 weeks. I called this past Wednesday, which was just shy of three weeks, to see if I could book a follow up. A follow up was booked, no one notified me, and when I expressed my issue with this ongoing issue, the office member hung up on me. I had to call back for the time, and then asked about the screening process for covid. Once again, the office member hung up on me. I called back, and left a vm, requesting a call to complete the screening so that I could get the results from my child's surgery. I was able to reach my family doctor the same day, and booked an appointment to get the results through their clinic, because I want NOTHING to do with the office member. I left a VM expressing my wish to cancel the appointment with Dr. Nayan, and also requested not to be contacted further. About an hour ago, I got a phone call from Dr. Nayan's office, to do the screening.At the end of the day, I am so relieved that I will NEVER have to deal with that office member again. I recognize that the pandemic has exacerbated a lot of different issues in health care, but these incidents shouldn't happen when dealing with simple booking procedures. Being hung up on twice is ridiculous. Lastly, I can see by other reviews here that these issues have been ongoing in this building for years. I sincerely hope that someone takes notice, and implements a plan for change.

Referred here for a broken nose 10 months later they tried precribing steroid spray.. after ive used antihistomine for 9 months..the doctor didnt seem to believe me considering he said and i qoute ill have to take your word for it.." taking my medical issues some where they will be believed.. also the whole country is opened back up i think standing at the door having to call for entry is a bit much.."
