Went here to get an understanding and water meter update. The staff was very informative and friendly.The location is easily accessible with parking and very clean washrooms.If there are any other issues I encounter, will definitely swing by again to get clarification from staff on hand.

Water technician came to my home and I requested that he put on booties/covering over his shoes. He refused and i insisted he became dismissive and rude. I called the city who said they do not provide booties and insisted that I should have placed down boxes and old sheets for their staff.
