Dan rescued my cat from the top of a very tall oak tree today. An impossible rescue where she was bracing for life on a small branch at the top of the tree (with crows harassing her) and he got her back to me safely.... he was prompt in his communications and arrival and caring and experienced with animals. Thank God for the arborists like Dan who have this skill set as the fire station could not help and contrary to popular belief, not all cats climb down. I am incredibly relieved amd thankful.

Dan and his crew did an exemplary job removing our 50yo, 80' Spruce tree last week! We were fortunate to be at home to witness the technical maneuvers employed by this team, as they systematically climbed, cut and felled this tree. We watched as Dan harnessed himself in, walked up the tree and roped off sections to cut, which were then gently lowered to the ground by a pulley system. This was team work at it's best, without any ladders or massive machines - just 3 guys, headsets, saws, boots and crampons, and a bunch of ropes! Based on their knowledge and experience, ability to maneuver around tight spots, and excellent work ethic, I would highly recommend Grizzly Tree Experts for any tree removal!

Super happy with Grizzly Tree Experts and their work. We called for a tree swing to be set up in a tree too high to reach with a standard ladder, and they did a great job securing the swing. I hired Grizzly Tree Experts in 2021 for some pruning of several massive trees that were putting a fence and a neighbour's garage at risk. The work was carried out according to schedule and the staff on site were polite and communicated well about the best approach and also the esthetic options for pruning. I knew I had to remove a lot of limbs for safety reasons yet the trees looked healthy after their pruning, and I didn't feel any garden privacy was compromised. The estimate was reasonable for the complex and dangerous work near hydro lines and excessive heights. All debris was managed and removed. An excellent job.This week I asked Grizzly Tree Experts for another estimate to remove a large limb that had snapped in a recent storm. It was hanging over a power line and Hydro had not responded to my call for assistance made 4 weeks earlier. Dan came out within a couple of days and did a careful evaluation. He was not able to accept the work because of the proximity to the primary hydro line and provided me with a report via email with photographs of the situation. I was able to share this professional's report with Hydro and Hydro came the same day to deal with the emergency situation. Found Grizzly Tree Experts on a Google search. We had 2 trees that we were concerned about. Dan came over and assessed them. He gave us a lot of valuable information about our trees and how to potentially save one of them. Right off the bat, I knew Dan could be trusted. His price was fair and Dan and George did a great professional job cutting down one of the 2 trees and creating a wild life stem. What a great idea! Absolutely first class tree trimming service and knowledgeable down to earth arborist. Dan went over the work with myself and my neighbors to ensure we understood and agreed with what trimming would occur. Although the trees were on my property Dan did need to access some from the neighbors garden and he was respectful of their garden and cleaned up to their satisfaction.
