Great staff! Good location at Lawrence and the Allan! So quick in out if you are coming in from outside the city!Plus they Lawrence Mall and a Fortinos and Pet Smart are all in the same location! Plus other stores. REMEMBER if you need wine, beer, or coolers Fortinos has a good selection but So does the Wine Store located in the mall!Happy Shopping Campers!♡

Not as good as it used to be. Help is not knowledgeable and amount of merchandise seems to be getting smaller each time i go in.I came to buy a behind a door mirror. I asked 2 times and was directed to the wrong department even though each employee looked it up on the computer. The third employee directed me to the correct department, but they were out of stock.

Not to often you have extreme customer service between two employees at the same retail store. The first employee at the auto service counter I asked if I selected the correct windshield wiper for my vehicle his answer was I don't work in parts. I had picked the wrong wiper and returned it. The second employee (Victor) spent the time, checked it and he also walked me through how to install them. What a difference in attitude between two employees working at the same Canadian Tire.

Very bad costumer service by the night store manager. I made a purchase 2 days ago and today I found out the same item was actually listed on the flyer for a cheaper price. so I went to the store but the manager not only she did not help with the issue ( to do price match) she was very disrespectful. she told me the price is what I paid and she does not care what is on the flyer since she does not make the flyer" and she just jump to the next person and completely ignored me. very unprofessional and disappointing behavior."

Had a really poor experience with manager Nekeisha. I was doing a simple return and got a lot of attitude from her. I didn't feel like I wasn't a customer, more like another problem for her to deal with. I also felt like she didn't want to be at the store at all. I'm not expecting A++ customer service, but I expect better from someone who is a manager at Canadian Tire.Edit - Still want to say that the other customer service reps were helpful, showed me around, acknowledged me, and even smiled. These small things are so helpful and encourage customers to come back. Please keep doing this.

Have had an amazing experience at the auto shop here. Esmail is an amazing supervisor and very trustworthy and he is the reason it runs smoothly. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars i get nervous of being taken advantage of in these situations, not here. Would recommend getting work done at this location.

The best store in Canada indeed. Anything you want for your car or bike, you can find. Any questions? The friendly staff is there for help. Couple of days ago replaced my tire inflator with defect to the new one without any annoying questions. You guys are the best!

Hayley is very professional and outstanding. I came in looking for coffee machines and needed recommendations. Hayley was delightful and very helpful, I give her 5 stars. Some of the coffee machines I wanted was out of stock but she recommended me better once. Hayley accommodated me immediately.Thank you Hayley!!! You are the best!!

You can't bring any bags in, no purse, no grocery bags, nothing. If you do they make you leave it in a bin at the entrance. Just a plastic bin. I bought things from another store in the mall and was forced to leave them. When I came back to get my bags, one of the Marshalls bags is missing. Employee tells me they aren't responsible for the bags and another customer might have taken it. So now my brand new purchase is totally gone.This location is inside a mall. Many of us live in the surrounding neighbourhood and walk there. I don't have a car to put my bags in and run inside. If you're going to require customers to leave their bags then find a more secure way of keeping them, or have an employee watching that doesn't walk away to talk to others.

I was removed from the store for owning a backpack! An unfortunate policy where you are expected to leave your bag at front if shopping. Very unfriendly for those who use transit to get around the city and do not have a trunk to store their items.
