Scott at Arkay is phenomenal at customer service. I have been consistently coming to get my architectural portfolio bound and printed here for the past five years and the quality has always been great. This time, however, Scott went over and beyond to help me out. I came to Arkay on Friday, before the long weekend, for an emergency last minute print and he and another co-worker stayed late to help me out. Really appreciate all the hard work, would highly recommend for all your printing/design needs!

I struggled for some time to find a print shop that could print my project with the exact vision I had for it. I reached out to Arkay and immediately was impressed with the quality of customer service, Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a song booklet printed here. Not only was everything done perfectly, Arkay is also the most affordable among the several print shops that we've asked. Scott patiently answered all my questions regarding different options, and it's obvious he's very knowledgeable on the whole printing & binding process.

I go out of my way to have my work printed at this shop. It was recommended to me by a fellow artist, and they do an amazing job printing my cards for me. Scott is always very accommodating via email and is speedy to reply and with production of my products.

Really great service and such quality products. I’m a designer so I’m extremely nit-picky when it comes to printing — if I see a detail out of place or lamination that is slightly off I’ll say something. I’ve worked with a couple of printed shops and Arkay is my favourite. Never had a problem, high quality, no issues with being late, and the only place I’ve been to that wraps everything up nicely as well. Sometimes they’re a little slow in emails, but they make up for it with great work!
