Front desk staff are friendly, kind, and welcoming. The atmosphere is familial. The coaches we have had have been great with our toddler and we have made incredible progress in less than 2 months! Small class sizes are ideal and the different areas are always clean.

We love our swim class! Peggy is amazing with our son. We have been at Aqua-Tots since he was four months old. And the staff feels like family. They take the time to get to know you. Shaw makes us feel welcome every time! Everyone that has asked us about swimming lessons and has tried it out has loved it! Our baby will be starting soon as well and we are so excited for it!

We’ve been bringing my son since he was 4 months old, now a year and a half, and we have only great things to say about Aqua tots! A clean facility, warm pool, friendly and communicative staff. Coach Ailsa is wonderful with little ones, and I appreciate the curriculum they have developed and follow for their levels. We always look forward to our lessons!

My son has been going to Aqua Tots for two years. He has become such a competent little swimmer. He loves his coaches and it’s obvious they care about him as well.I appreciate the ability to track his progress through their app so I can work on things at home with him outside of class time.I’ve heard some parents complain about the cost vs the length of class time. I believe 25 minutes is a good amount of time. I can see my son learning new things week over week so the limited time clearly works. He also gets to engage his peers during lessons and build relationships.So long as my son continues to want to swim, we will continue to be at Aqua Tots.

We absolutely love this program. From arriving to viewing to change rooms it's the best set up. Having kids progress on their own schedule is amazing. Highly recommend this for any level of swimmer.

We started our lessons with coach Peggy and highly recommend her! She’s patient and excited with the little ones making them feel safe and secure but excited too! She follows the class flow but will make slight alterations based on their level and comfort. She doesn’t let parents run the (toddler) class like can happen with some other coaches. We’ll miss having her as our regular coach. Coach Shay keeps everything running smoothly during the week with a nice clean and dry change room. Parking is ok during the week but you should give a bit of extra time on the weekends.

Aqua Tots hands down has the best customer service! The flexibility to cancel and reschedule classes up to 2 hours before, the amazingly patient coaches and customized programs, not to mention the facilities provide an amazing viewing experience for parents. Highly recommend!

The teachers and facilities are the best in the area. The teachers work well with the students by coaching them while maintaining a fun environment. They own the property so they have a great make-up policy, allowing sick kids to stay home. They have an amazing program which makes it easy for my child to track progress and understand what she needs to do to complete a level.

We’ve had a great experience at Aqua-Tots Burlington! ALL the staff are wonderful and kind. The flexibility of making up a class when missing one is great! The number of available options for every Level is key too! Additionally, and perhaps most important, is that I feel much more at ease knowing that the kids are learning to be comfortable in and under the water with their pro-submersion philosophy and learning keep developmental skills in water safety and enjoyment!

Amazing swimming classes for little ones!I love the fact that the pool is warm unlike at any other classes where they rent the cold community pools.The instructor was great - she quickly found her way around our child and connected with him. The training is built with progression in mind for the kids age and comfort level in the pool, which I feel other classes don't offer as well.Great experience so far!Lastly, the main fact that brought us to this company from another is that you can actually reschedule your classes and don't lose those precious and super expensive 30 minutes of swimming per week. I haven't explored the app yet, but I saw the option right there. Super convenient as you never know what can happen and if you can make it to the class especially if you have a smaller baby.
