I bought a laptop last January 29 in your store. I want to send a feedback, since I had an excellent customer service experience with Ms.Cassandra V. who assisted me, as she was knowledgeable of what she's doing. She was able to help me find the most suitable laptop I need based on the descriptions and details I have mentioned, and clearly explained the payment options I can avail. Also, it has been easy communicating with her, since she's a bilingual who speaks english well.
