Well, I guess it was *almost* unreasonable of me to expect anyone in the Moncton area could do something as complex as changing a watch battery on a Saturday without needing a whole week long dog and pony show!BUT...Thanks to Jagoes' Fine Jewelry for taking 3 minutes at a very reasonable price to get me in my way with a sense of time again!And they do have some incredibly fine jewelry at good prices!10/10

Great service and excellent advise from the woman who works here very knowledgeable about all jewelry in store and what is available to order from the catalog. We have purchased 3 different items here and are extremely happy with all them. Prices are reasonable as you will get the quality that you pay for. If quality is what you are looking for then this is the place to shop for all your jewelry needs if it is gold, silver, diamonds or anything else DO stop here you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the staff for the great service can not wait til the next time we are in to purchase some other items.

The staff at Jagoes' went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for, quickly, and at a great price. Denis was able to correct my error in diamond selection so the color would match, and arrange to have my product drop shipped directly to me avoiding shipping delays. Communication was quick and easy. Will definitely do business with them again, and I recommend anyone else looking for great customer service does the same.

My fiancé had my ring shipped to Québec. It was everything I hoped for and more - exquisitely beautiful, elegant and delicate-looking, identical to the image on the website, actually even nicer than advertised on the website!!I definitely recommend this jeweler for any purchases and shipments if need be... they also provided tracking number, therefore we knew when to expect the arrival, (which my ring arrived earlier than announced, and they are very fast at responding to your questions or concerns.Give them your business, you definitely won't regret it!!

We had a custom ring done at Jagoes and the customer service was second to none. The entire experience was fabulous, they were helpful every step of the way. Luc created a beautiful piece and done surprisingly fast at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jagoes to anyone, we will definitely be going back!!
