Had a horrific experience because my landlord waited days after my basement flooded to call his insurance. After 5 days of crying everyday and being so stressed out - my landlord had his insurance come- they had these guys in first thing the next morning. They went to town and ripping out the floors and walls and drying everything, désinfecting, cleaning. Such fast efficient work and it literally was such a relief. They handled everything including moving my personal belongings around so they could remove the water and then also to a warehouse to be assessed and cleaned or claimed by my insurance. Highly recommend. Thank you so much guys!!

Needed their services, try to get an appointment but they never return the calls no matter how many times I called back. Receptionist was super nice though.

Impressed with the quality of cleaning after hot water tank leaked, so we hired them to do the general contracting to replace the flooring and carpet under padding as well. They were always accessible, professional and we were pleased with the high quality of work with the flooring and carpeting. Would work with them again.

Qualinet Gatineau did the clean-up for my flooded basement but their billing is so expensive that even my insurance company is fighting it :( . A nightware experience as a consumer who feels helpless after being hit with a basement flood and now the biling mess to deal with! Beware!

Great service. I loved how professional their techs we're and they came in equipped.

Asked for an estimate for mold removal in the attic. Julien and Tristan did a great job explaining what needed to be done, answered all my questions, but did not measure the dimensions of the attic and submitted an estimate for too large of a space. When I asked to adjust the quote with the right size, I got this answer:I received another list of prices and it will be more expensive then what has been submitted. Essentially

Expecting them in the morning... finally, they never showed up.Lost a day for nothing... never called back to explained what happened.Now we need to find someone that is reliable.Terrible service !

We reached out to them in December, it took for ever to even get a phone call back. The person who took our information, although very nice, didn't do it correctly. After a month I called back, they said ''oh this was for the attic right'' and hadn't noted down the other issues that we needed help with. They told us they forgot about us and that we would hear back from them soon in January. Comes February, we still haven't heard anything, we followed-up another 7 times until we were told they'd call to set an appointment to come view the place within the next 2 weeks. A month later, still nothing. The lack of professionalism is mind-blowing. I can't imagine what the service must be like if they can't even return calls or emails. I don't recommend.
