Went on a thursday evening and did not regret it. The place is clean, modern and the staff is courteous. The place has an older crowd. Mostly families and gray haired people. I ordered a smoked meat sandwich the portion was generous and it tasted amazing. The only drawback is the parking. It's tight and dingy""

This establishment has been around since the 80s. Its a local family type restaurant with something for everyone.My wife used to call it the place that never disappoints.However the recent change in ownership - came with changes in what we eat and how it served. Its not the same - I dont like the recent changes.I dont like my pizza made from frozen precooked pizza dough, I dont like my draft beer in a glass smaller than my water glass and at a much higher price. I dont like the fancy portion reducing things they have done.Its an old restaurant with an aging clientèle - leave what worked the way it was and add a NEW dish here and there - but dont mess with what worked - we were weekly customers and now your restaurant fell off the list. If food cost are increased - leave portions as is and increase price accordingly - do not start reducing and changing portions and plates with price increases - everyone notices this and they hate it.Now you are paying for it - I see a lowered supper business - closing at 10pm on weekends - also not helping -is it because of the breakfast thing - there are 10 breakfast joints in the area.Please go back to how it was. Thanks

Food is good dinner type stuff, fresh and consistent quality. Staff is on the ball. Location is clean, and spacious enough for large groups.

Horrible service, the food took forever to get to us. Wanted 2 hours for our food while having kids. Then on top of things they charged us extra without no notice because our kids were sharing a meal. As well at the end of our meal the waitress looked at our bill and saw our tip and ask me is that all you want to put" and I said yes she then proceeded to go see my wife ans ask her why I was giving her that much for a tip"

I placed an order tonight and after almost an hour (53 ) minutes I called. The gentlemen on the phone was rude and condescending. Telling me it was ordered a lot less than an hour ago and that it was on it's way and wait for it. I received it another 20 minutes later and it was lukewarm!73 minutes total!!!I have time post on my phone, so I know for sure how long I've waited. Last time I ordered something, the delivery man tried to double the amount of tip, at least that didn't happened this time.Not very happy, will look somewhere else in the future...

Good food and ambiance at a reasonable price. Perfect place to eat quietly. Prices are reasonable. The smoke meat sandwich is one of the best I've had in laval, truly a hidden gem. Very clean & friendly staff.
