sizing chart not true to size of clothing. followed and measured and all of the clothing is way way way too large. company takes forever to ship. took 3 weeks to receive my items and if you want to exchange its an entire lengthy process; you have to first return your items and then they will take the entire 3 weeks on top of that to re-ship the exchange items. the company does not offer returns free of charge even though their sizing chart is completely off. will be returning my items. do not recommend this company.

Cannot shop in person here, only pick-ups from online orders.

Great experience! I had to return some of my items and it was a quick and easy phone call to do so. They were even able to exchange them for different items over the phone and my discount was carried over. Shipping was paid for both ways, can't complain! The scrubs I received were also great. Highly recommend!

First time ordering and was super impressed with the overall experience. 2 of the items I wanted to order weren't in stock and someone called me to either change my order or refund. I chose just to change my order. They made the whole experience super easy. Quality is great for the price. Can't wait to order again soon!

This was my first purchase with scrubs Canada. Thinking it was a Canadian site with free shipping, I thought I would get my order within a reasonable time. Then I found out that the items ship from the USA to their Canadian warehouse so that shipping can be free for us. Well that may seem like a nice deal, I would rather buy somewhere close to home and get it for the same price. I shop online all the time and free shipping is amazing, but to have it take more than one month to arrive is unacceptable. I expect that kind of delay with purchasing from china but not from a Canadian website. I ordered in December and got most of my order at the end of January. There was one item missing. I only found out when I saw the receipt. There was no email to notify me that one item was being sent later. I ask customer service via email to send me a tracking of the last item but none was given. Not until a month after I received an email stating that it is on its way and a tracking number will be provided. But not tracking number was provided. I canceled that order and received a refund which was great. Great customer service but I won't be buying from this site due to this experience and long wait time.

Amazing customer service here! They have gone well out of their way to help me out on multiple occasions. I am not buying scrubs anywhere else. Great store for students!

Had a great experience with this business. While shipping took a long time (due to everything happening with COVID-19 courier delays), my order was perfect when it did arrive. The quality of the products were also very good and packaged nicely. The few times i had to reach out to customer service they responded in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely shop here again.
