The Scrub Shop

Went to this shop to get some scrubs for work. Didn't carry the size I needed so they said I could order. So i picked out the 2 tops I wanted was told how much the to pay. And would be in, in 2 weeks. I happened to be in the area 2 weeks later and no one was there called the number was told somone was on the way and would be there in 5 mins , half hour later they showed up. And was told order wasn't there but should be there by next week. Tried back again when I was in the areaAnd again no order was told there was a mix up and was delayed on shipping. I said I wasn't from London and that I only came in when I had appointments so the worker called owner and they agreed they would ship it to me once it was in I waited 2 weeks then got ahold of them this time there reason was there was multiple orders with the same name I had enough and expressed my frustration with them they offered a refund and I said yes. I have yet to see the credit on my statement and they no longer answer my messagesI originally placed the order on May 7th 2022 end of June I still had not received order and now mid August and I've yet to get confirmation of a refund. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever.

I placed an order of a scrub a month ago and two weeks later they called me to say that they sent my order to someone else, I went to the store and the lady told me that more styles would arrive on Wednesday so I went back but when I arrived I was surprised because the store was empty, I have been ripped off. They do not answer the phone and they have not called me to answer it. I feels ripped off.

Great quality scrubs at an excellent price. Misty was so helpful in getting me scrubs to fit me during my pregnancy. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely love the scrubs from here, amazing quality and such nice material! The staff is super friendly and helpful, will definitely be back!

So I drove 45 mins to come to a close shop with a tacky not saying call number for info. I wish you would update your google. Save me the headache.
