Complete incompetent people working there. I paid to have several years worth of taxs done, and it took way past the deadline for them to file. After filing was done they would not provide me with copies of my returns. Despite numerous calls and attending at the office. Finally had to go to CCRA to get copies of my returns. Would NEVER use these clowns again.
