March 7, 2023 on 4:51 PM we called the morgue to inquire about a very close family member. The staff who we spoke to was extremely rude, unsympathetic and sarcastic. We were just trying to clear up some misunderstanding because our beloved family member was suppose to be released to the funeral home a day ago.The staff made us feel like inquiring about our beloved family member was a waste of time and unimportant. Maybe that specific staff can be more compassionate because it is not like we are dealing with a thing or a matter, we are dealing with a family member who passed
