King Street Roofing

We just had our roof re-shingled by King street roofing and are very happy with the results. The crew worked until after dark to get it done and stopped by the next morning to double check on their cleanup. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I had King St roofing do some work on my roof and I found them to be excellent. Right from the first time I met Frank the owner, I felt his honesty as we spoke. The crew came by and they were very nice. They completed the work and cleaned up so there was no sign they had been here.The price was competitive with all others but it was the feeling of honesty that I got from the owner that made me decide to go with them.Thanks again for the great work.John

I'm very happy with the job done by the team at King Street Roofing shingling my roof. They were very professional and worked long hours to finish the job. The colour was matched perfectly to rhe house bricks. They also shingled my shed and put heating coils on my roof for me. I had used this company in the past to repair holes in the roof and under the eaves caused by raccoon damage and was so happy with their work. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed.I would definitely recommend this company.

Danielle was professional beginning to end. They managed to squeeze me in on my day off. Dyane came out and was also polite, professional & thorough.

We lost shingles in the huge wind storm, called King Street, Frank gave a quote super fast, and kept me updated on where i was on their schedule, and on the day, his crew was there first thing, the roof was stripped and put on in the same day. I would highly recommend King Street Roofing. Workmanship was excellent. Roofers did an amazing job with setup and cleanup. Reasonably priced. One of the owners stopped by with sample boards and a list of addresses in the neighbourhood so that I could take a look to see how it looks on an actual roof. They are fully licensed and insured. All workers have updated fall/safety certificates and are covered by WSIB. This was very important to us for our protection and peace of mind. Owners take a lot of pride in their business and it shows!

We had a water leak that came from our roof. Called King Street Roofing and Danielle promptly answered the phone. Gave her details of our situation and she said that she would get someone out that day. Within a few hours Frank was here to assess the situation. Pached up the leak and promised to be back around noon the next day to do a perminant fix. True to his word he was back just afternoon. Fixed the problem and even inspected the rest of the roof to make sure we would not have any further issues. Thank you Danielle for great customer service and Thank you Frank for your professionalism and attention to the small details that make a big difference. I highly recommend King Stŕeet Roofing. I will definatly be calling when our roof needs replacing.

Called booked an appointment... no show, receptionist did not even record my address. Rescheduled again no show, I called and complained and she hung up on me.... really not impressed. I realize it is a busy time but the unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness is extreme.She seemed to think that apoligizing was enough and the customer cannot voice concerns. I'm very disappointed. Worked with them before but cannot again.

Had a leak in my roof and called King st. Roofing. Danielle was super polite and very helpful and Frank came to my house with his helper. They were there quickly and found the problem right away. They fixed it and then checked the rest of the roof! Super professional and very nice! So glad I called! Highly recommend!

This team is absolutely amazing . I’ve used them 4 times and every time they respond within a few hours and the work is done within 24 hours. Great people great workmanship and great friendly smiles.
